Yarmouth Recreation has received feedback that parent’s would like the option to send their child to Milo on days deemed by staff as appropriate. As a result, we will split the supervision on these days so that children may remain at the school and those who wish to go to Milo can take advantage of the opportunity. Life jackets are provided and mandatory for all children who have not completed the swim test by the NSLS guards. Yarmouth Recreation strives to provide safe, active and fun programming for all and having access to a recreation facility like the Lake Milo Aquatic Club is a wonderful addition to the program. That being said, We will require permission for children to walk to Milo and swim under staff supervision. We will provide additional coverage on these days as needed.
