The Milo Aquatic Club is home to a variety of seasonal activities.
In the warm months, a supervised waterfront (Nova Scotia Lifeguard Service), a sailing program, and a canoe/kayak program make the Aquatic Club a hot spot for area children and youth.
Canoe and kayak rentals are available to the public from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week in the summer months at a rate of $6/hr or $15/ 3 hours. Summer memberships are also available to individuals and families.
The Club also has a recently renovated reception hall and kitchen facilities on the second floor, suitable year round for banquets, clinics, and meetings, or leisure activities that require minimal space, such as martial arts, yoga, or an art program.
The Aquatic Club is also pleased to offer a public boat launch and floating docks which are used by the local bass club, and others, throughout the year.
